Patricia has been a consultant for over 20 years, advising clients across all consumer facing industries, with deep focuses in Beauty, large scale transformation and top line strategies. She also leads CRG’s recruiting efforts. Prior to joining A&M, Patricia was a Partner at Kearney, where she was the Americas Sector Lead for Beauty, Luxury, Personal Care and Head of their NY Office.
