High altitude trekking sounds daunting initially, and most people question why I choose to spend my vacations pursuing such a taxing passion. While the first treks did test me in more ways than I was ready for, I’ve learned three principles for trekking that make it more fun for me:
Whether it is crossing a narrow ridge as a team tied together to a single rope, or an unexpected avalanche, these three principles have enabled me to navigate even the most treacherous situations.
My time at A&M CRG has made me realize that the same principles can help one build a rewarding career in consulting and bring value to our clients.
Meticulous planning and attention to detail are fundamental to everything that we do at CRG, whether it is helping an apparel retailer launch a new product line or planning for a supply chain transformation. Although it was almost impossible to predict what we have seen over the past two years, helping our clients plan for such disruption ensures that they are fully prepared for unforeseen circumstances.
Further, we at CRG pride ourselves on pushing the envelope and thinking beyond the obvious. As a dynamic team of consultants and former industry operators, we leverage our collective expertise to provide the right solution to all our clients.
Lastly, on our CRG engagement teams, we trust each other from day one to maintain persistent drive and ethical standards. The passion and authenticity that each member of the CRG family embodies helps us develop the same level of trust with our clients and is reflected in the long-term relationships we build with them.
I am excited to embark on this new trek in my career at A&M CRG, and contribute to the success of our team and our clients.
