With additional pandemic-driven challenges placed upon the supply chain, a US-based apparel company engaged the CRG team to significantly improve supply chain productivity and reduce costs.
Together with the client, A&M CRG implemented a series of initiatives across distribution center operations, as well as inbound and outbound transportation, that improved work flows, reduced labor and lowered negotiated rates. The result was approximately a 15% reduction in supply chain costs.
