At A&M CRG, our employees unique experiences make us a better team, fostering a community of learning and innovative thinking within our practice and driving better outcomes for our clients.
At CRG, we are proud to foster a community of mentorship and to create opportunities for women in consulting. Building a strong team of female consultants and leaders is integral to the success of our practice, and we are committed to increasing our female representation.
This fall, 50% of our incoming new hire class identifies as female.
Since Isabella was born, she and I have been a team in every aspect of life, so my work is also very much her own. Every day a surprise or a challenge can come up, both at work and at home. But there are non-negotiables on each side, things we can’t compromise on, and sticking to those is what keeps life balanced. For Isabella and I, being mostly local in the NY area is a huge part of what makes this job work. A combination of the firm’s, team’s and client’s support, and how I focus my time have allowed me to be local in what used to be a very travel-intensive career.
In addition to groups across the broader A&M community, CRG has its very own resource group for women on the team, “Notorious CRG”. The challenges and opportunities women face, professionally and personally, are often times different than men.
The goal of Notorious CRG is to foster a sisterhood within the team and a culture of curiosity, support, transparency and fun. The group meets regularly for networking events, social activities and mentorship opportunities with our team’s female leaders.

Beproactive and kind, and focus on what we can all do to support one another with the hope of making strides toward making our practice, our firm, our communities and the world a more just and accepting place.
