More than 13 years of experience advising a wide-range of corporates, shareholders, creditors and sponsors in distressed and non-distressed situations. Specializing in cash flow and liquidity management, business plan review and development, SG&A strategic review, and implementing financial strategies for corporate turnarounds, acquisitions and restructurings. Mr. Dwyer has extensive experience in working capital management, cost takeout activities and corporate staff productivity assessments.
