Good Morning! I have a quick breakfast and head out for a morning run at Morningside Park. While running, I love to listen to the Top 100 Ghanaian Music playlist on Apple Music.

I get back from my run and get ready for work by catching up with emails and making a preliminary to-do list for the day.

My team is working remotely today. We have a touch base to discuss the agenda and priorities for the day. We are helping our client identify opportunities to expand their Global Capability Center. One of my responsibilities is to build and manage our detailed program plan. I also help with building Excel costing and opportunity models.

I have a quick check-in with my manager to discuss progress on my responsibilities and resolve all roadblocks where needed.

I make and eat my favorite lunch – a spicy chicken sandwich. I use this an opportunity to catch up with my family about 5000 miles across the Atlantic.

I help managers on my team prepare materials and content needed for remaining client meetings for the day and the following day.

I update the project team on the progress of various workstreams and milestones that we need to achieve in the coming days. I update and make changes to project plan based on feedback from project leaders.

Time for dinner! I like to make my dinner when I work from home. The team usually orders dinner when we co-locate for work.

I check emails and finish up remaining work for the day. I also prepare myself and some materials needed for internal and client meetings that are planned for the next morning.

I do some resistance and strength training at home.

Get cozy and get my daily dose of soccer punditry on ESPN and watch a few episodes of Criminal Minds.

Head to bed!
